Light bulbs are one of Kayla’s favorite things. More specifically, light bulbs coming on in people’s heads. She is a thinker and practitioner in today’s marketplace and dwells on ways to help others move to the next level in their professional and personal development. Her industry experience spans 25+ years in both the corporate sector and non-profit market where she has worn hats such as Director of Organizational Strategy, Director of Human Resources and Director of Staff Development. Kayla’s experience allows her to walk alongside your organization to identify your people development needs then helps you discover a hands-on approach that advances your organization’s vision. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Organizational Communication from Murray State University in Kentucky. Kayla is a DiSC trainer, a Certified StrengthsGenius Facilitator™, a Registered Corporate Coach™ (RCC™), and a member of the John Maxwell Team. Kayla is president of Organization Impact, LLC and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management, Association of Talent Development, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Leadership Donelson Hermitage, and the Donelson/Hermitage Chamber of Commerce.
Dennis has over 20 years of experience in the consumer products, customer service and healthcare industries. As principal of WorXSolutions Management, LLC, Dennis is passionate about complex coordination to achieve results. His career has repeatedly positioned him to conduct the efforts of multiple stakeholders in processes, across organizations and far-flung geographic locations. He specializes in finding new, better ways to solve problems and his approach has repeatedly resulted in achieving results at scale. Dennis holds an MBA from Union University and is the PTO president for Ravenwood High School.
Tony is the founder and CEO of Tony Bodoh International (TBI). TBI provides strategic customer experience guidance and analytical support to companies that lead their industry in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Tony served as an adjunct instructor in the business department of Aquinas College in Nashville, Tennessee for seven years. While he loved teaching, he found that speaking from the stage gave him a reach the classroom never could. He now trains entrepreneurs and executives in conferences ranging from advanced analytics to software user groups to personal development.
